Support via Telephone and email Consultancy

Are you the relative of a psychologically ill person and are currently unsure as to how to handle your loved one in an emotional crisis? Are you affected personally by a psychological illness and require swift support, but don’t want to contact the medical specialist or the psychiatric clinic? “SeeleFon“ of the Family Self-help Psychiatry may be able to provide you with support or an offer by phone or via exchange of emails.

Men and women from psychiatric self-help who are themselves affected by such illness, or are relatives of such persons, have a wealth of experience and can provide tips on how to handle specific crises and can give you factual data on difficult issues. The benefit of “SeeleFon“ is that the access threshold is low and you can, for example, remain anonymous when contacting us.

Many relatives or persons with illness, including helpers and friends, colleagues and neighbors, are searching for answers to questions and are often unsure who to turn to. The need for information and consultancy is as large as the range of topics involved. It includes illness symptoms and treatment options, handling difficult behavior and legal questions, as well as the wish to talk about very personal issues.

Psychological illnesses such as depression, anxiety disorders or psychoses are not seldom. But you don’t ‘talk‘ about them. At “SeeleFon“ of the Family Self-help Psychiatry you will find a sympathetic ear – on an equal footing.
